Another spectacular morning on the Bluewave. James Covington and crew wasted no time jumping on the trout this morning. I started trolling a bit until we hooked a few fish and then the anchor went down and the guys laid into them. The bite slowed around 8:30 for about and hour then we got on a little spurt before it slowed again. We hit one more stop before heading north with a full ice chest. Double rigged Matrix in Shrimp Creole and Kamikazi Vortex were the top producers. The trout wanted the bait dead slow on the bottom again with an occasional twitch.
