Keven Shepard and Curtis Sanders heard about the great fishing down in South Louisiana and wanted to test it out. With the adverse conditions after a cold front and with high winds we didn't think the trout would bite but they didn't care. Big reds and drum were needed but only the drum would bite at the first stop. Next stop we found only one red and more drum so we decided it was time to go try for the trout and anything else that would bite. We found only 2 trout but got on the sheepshead spot and started to load the box. Curtis had his double rig line ready and started catching doubles on the heads. Keven wanted a double but never got one, He had singles as fast as he could throw. We did more laughing and kidding all day as it was cold and the fishing was great.
