What a morning! Stewart Delecambre and his dad Mickey joined me today for a good ole trout bash. The trout weren't big but that's how it goes for this time of year and when you fish birds. Keeper to throwback percentage was about 50/50. A lot of 12-13 inch trout but it sure was nice to see trout in hot pursuit slapping the shrimp out of the water. The shrimp weren't big but they were running for their lives all morning. Double rigged Vortex Shad had the trout coming in 2 at a time all morning.
