I had Lamar Jones, Allan Patty Heilbroun, and Jonathon back on board the last couple days and we got a little taste of everything. The first day we had to work for them as the winds were up. Still finished the day with a solid box of trout. Most specks were caught on live shrimp.
The second day was a day of non stop catching. Every spot we fished, we caught, just a lot of little ones. Around 830 we decided to chase a few bullreds and we found them pretty good. After catching our limit, we got a call saying the big trout were on and boy were they right. We were slinging in doubles and had triple hook ups multiple times, which led to us quickly hitting our limit . Double rigged Matrix Shad paired with Deathgrip Jigheads did the damage today.
