Helped out Capt Travis Lovell with a huge group from Tennessee. The water was cold and CRAZY low! We sat around at our first stop a little longer than I normally would have. This was due to the fact the tide was still rolling and it was already low. I got tired of that, so we headed out. While we were rolling I decided to take a gamble, stopping at a spot I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to get back out of. We pulled up to the water smoking from the hot fishing action! Luckily, we barely squeaked out! We finished the day bouncing around checking different areas for the next day and catching a few bonus sheep. Definitely sketchy running in super low water, all it takes is one unmarked crab trap and you done😂. Thanks Capt. Travis Lovell for setting things up. Redfish and sheep have been great with all this low, cold water!
