I had a group of four last week that had a great Redfish Trip. As usual, the wind did not cooperate, but we took our time and made a comfortable ride to the marsh as the sun came up. Once we arrived, it was a little slow, with one fish here and there. Within a couple hours, we dialed in to the pattern of the day and the guys started pulling in 2 or 3 at a time. At noon we called it a day with 25 Redfish.
The Redfish have been eating well and sizes are ranging from 16” to 30”. We’ll be hitting the Reds hard until October when the Trout show up. I still have some dates available in July and August.
