Danny Lirrette and wife were back onboard today with their grandson. We knew we had about a four hour window before the sky fell. Our first stop found shrimp running for their lives being chased by hungry Trout. Double rigged Matrix Shad quickly went to work and the trout were coming over the gunnels 1-2 at a time. Once this bite fizzled out we made a move to one more location getting right back on a hot bite. Trout everycast again and quite a few bull reds crashing the party too. Once the sky turned black and was almost on top of us we rolled back to the dock. Always a pleasure fishing with Danny and his crew, thanks for the continued business.
