We left out of Delta Marina early to target Redfish on the east side of the Mississippi River. Our first stop was explosive Redfish action that people dream about. It was a fish on everyones line at all times. There were so many Redfish around the boat that when one was hooked several other fish would be trying to eat the corks, therefore breaking off several of our leaders.
After several hours of this explosive action of everyone on the boat catching including myself and deckhand Heather, we called it a day at noon with 25 Redfish on ice. We boated and released to many redfish to count today! It was a trip that won't be forgotten!
