Family Fun Catching

Lonnie Barr had family down at the lodge. With several small kids in the group we slept in late and departed the lodge at 8:30.  First stop was soaking shrimp catching a few reds, bay snapper, and puppy drum.  Second stop had a handful of specks hitting the K2.  Third stop found the trout stacked up pretty good. The corks were going down every cast.  My crew wanted to try to catch some bull reds, so we left the trout biting.   First cast and we had a nice bull red hooked up.  Doubled up on the next cast with a puppy drum and huge bay snapper.  By 12:30 everyone wanted to get back to the lodge for lunch.  Great time with these guys.   Thanks Lonnie for setting it up.
