ITS NOT HOW YOU START! ITS HOW YOU FINISH! We had the pleasure to guide another trip for the beautiful Woodland Plantation, the ultimate fishermans lodge. On board today was Dr. Frank and son Dr. Todd. We left out of the Delta Marina at 7:00 am heading east of the Mississippi River. The weather was beautiful with the wind light out the east. We fished several good spots with no results as the tide was extremely low. We had to stick and move as we waited for the tide to rise. Patience paid off as Frank and Todd caught their limits of 50 beautifulSpeckled Trout on the rising tide late in the morning. The fish were caught on live shrimp under a popping cork!
