LITTLE GUYS BATTLE IT OUT WITH BIGTROUT! We had Dr. Wesley Bryan and son Dave 13 on board. It was Dave's birthday fishing trip and he invited friends Matt & Pierre to fish with him. We left out of Delta Marina early with the wind very light, the tide was coming in just the way I like it. It was a chance to fish bigSpeckled Trout and we did just that! We made one stop on a big trout spot and it was the only stop. The little guys & Doc had their hands full battling some of the biggest Speckled Trout I have seen in a long time. Using live shrimp under a popping cork it did not take long to put 100 Speckled Trout on ice as we were headed back to Delta Marina at 10:00 am.
