Back to the brutal winds, my oh my will the non stop relentless winds ever quit? We started out fishing for trout, we had to wait for a thunderstorm to pass before we could leave. With the winds already up we tried staying in protected water but didn’t have much success. We took a gamble and it looked like it was going to pay off, but then the water dirtied up and the bite quit. Plan B was to soak crabs to get them on some big fish. We had one hook up which spooled the reel, never saw what it was. Plan C we went into the marsh and hooked up with a few slot reds before calling it a day. Good time with this crew.
