Slower Trout Bite

Dr Mike Marcello and crew were back for their annual fishing trip with me.  As usual we expected it to be somewhat calm and clean this morning.  So far these guys always have limited out with me, not today! We found dirty water and a slow bite.  We made a move and found emerald green water and started picking away at the trout. Move after move with only a few fish here and there.  We never did find a good bite anywhere.   We even tried some live shrimp that a fellow Capt gave us to try and only caught 2 keeper trout while using them.   All of our fish mostly hit the avocado Matrix Shad tight lined on the double rigs.  We worked hard and ended up with 42 fish.  Good times as always with this crew, thanks guys.
