We left out of Delta Marina in Empire, LA early this morning with the wind calm but light rain on the radar just about everywhere. We headed over to the east side of the Mississippi River and got on a Speckled Trout bite on the first and only stop today. Fishing in light rain using live shrimp under a popping cork the guys boated approx. 90 beautiful Speckled Trout and two Redfish as we called it a day at 11:00 am.
