Mr. Ronnie's Donut Dessert with Community Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 1 dozen Mr. Ronnie’s Glazed Donuts
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Freshly brewed Community Coffee

Instructions

  1. In a small sauce pan, place blueberries, raspberries, and sugar over low heat and cook down, stirring often, to a sauce. 
  2. Remove from heat. 
  3. In a large cast iron skillet on medium heat, melt one stick of butter and coat the bottom of the pan. 
  4. Spread the donuts out and saute in butter until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side, about 1-2 minutes per side. 
  5. Place a donut in the bottom of a bowl, top it with vanilla ice cream and berries, and enjoy with a fresh cup of Community Coffee.
