Hi, I'm Captain Gary Hayes with Sunrise South Fishing Charters.As a Louisiana Native and Licensed & Insured Charter Captain, I have over 35 years of experience fishing coastal waters.

After a successful career in air freight transportation, I decided to pursue my passion for fishing. I settled in Lower Terrebone Parish because of the vast fishery and the genuine people I have met.

At Sunrise South, I pride myself in customer needs and being a knowledgable Captain. Join me on my 24 ft. Triton Bay decked out with Penn Spinning Reels and all of the supplies you need to have a great time. As I tell all of my customers, all you need are your snacks and sunscreen, I'll take care of the rest.
