David Osburn and family from Texas jumped on the Bluewave with me.   We slept in and left a lil later this day.  We were headed to redfish when we came across shrimp jumping and birds diving. I just had to stop!!!  Lol. Corks and tightlined rigs were deployed and it was trout after trout coming into the boat on Matrix Shad lures (color did not matter).  Lots of throw backs but plenty nice keepers also.   The bite was abruptly shut down when two boats passed closely by us.  Onto the redfish hole we went and the sky decides to fall!!   We took shelter for a good hour before moving on.  We found a extremely slow falling tide and dropped down our crabs.   In no time young Spencer was hooked up and his drag was screaming.  This would be his first redfish and biggest one of the day.  What a memory made for him!  We had steady hook ups until the sky dropped and the winds started blowing 25 mph.  Great time with this family making memories, I look forward to their return.
