Chris Gaudet and family joined me on the Bluewave on a extremely windy day!! The wind machine was pumping 25 mph when we departed. The guys wanted trout, so today we had to get some live shrimp. We found the most protected area with clean water and went to work. We caught fish in little spurts slowly, and most were all quality fish 17-20 inch's. No fast and furious action when the wind blows almost 30mph, but patience paid off with a nice mess of fish in extreme adverse conditions. We hooked two Bonnethead sharks also which was a first for me. Thanks guys for a very enjoyable day.
Thanks to Capt's K Labat, A Lacour, G Ellender, and C Venable for running day two with Elliott Electric. The guys stayed inside and caught reds and bull reds/drum.
