Left the Marina around 7 am headed to our first stop which was a deep hole in Bayou Domange. Filled the box with about 100 specs and 50 nice 1 1/2 lb white trout with a real nice golden color to them. Every once in a while a Bull Red 27 inches or more would come in and hit the double rig tipped with shrimp, an occasional 6 lb Drum would hit for an added bonus. Then we continued on to the second stop picked up another 10 keeper specs and 15 nice white trout with a couple more nice Lagniappe Reds. Headed in about 1:00 pm hit a couple more spots, the bite was over. Another great Fall fishing day in Cocodrie, La.
