Scott Quimby and his friend Brian from Stuttgard, AR drove in to the Lakehouse for their 2 day adventure. The guys could not have picked better days to fish. Capt Andy took them the first day and the guys whacked the slot reds catching easy limits. I took them the second day and they wanted the big bronze backs /bull reds since they caught the slots the previous morning. It was “ fish on” at our first stop as Brian & Scott had all they could handle with the bulls. The fish averaged between 22-38 lbs and it was every cast for the first hour! Whole crabs did the trick on a Carolina rig. Sure was fun fishing with Brian and Scott and Capt Andy and I look forward to their next trip to the DU!
