Captain Jeff J. Dauzat started Fin and Feather Guide Service in 1998 and has been fishing the Delacroix area for over 30 years. Captain Jeff is fully licensed and insured. Fin and Feather Guide Service offers full service fishing trips, hunting trips, or a combination of both. We provide the customization and personalization to ensure that you have a great time, a professional experience, and memories to last a lifetime; or at least until you are back for your next trip! Fin and Feather Guide Service offers custom, full service fishing charters in the scenic and historic waters surrounding New Orleans, Louisiana.

We target inshore saltwater species such as speckled trout, redfish, flounder and drum.

The Louisiana coastal marsh is the spawning ground for the Gulf of Mexico's shrimp and finfish stocks. The areas on which we concentrate are literally teeming with fish. Louisiana's liberal creel limits make for an exciting and rewarding day on the water.

Fishing inshore from Delacroix, Louisiana, our professional and experienced guides know how and where to catch the big ones.

We specialize in light tackle fishing techniques for hard fighting action.
